UltimateBet announced today that they will be hosting a charity poker tournament this Saturday at 7:30 ET on their website. CEREUS Announces New Updates to Poker Software
CEREUS is a new online poker network created when Absolute Poker and UltimateBet joined as one site. Players can still play on their respective websites but CEREUS provides a new poker platform with a 24/7 security center. Australian Player Wins PokerStars APPT Grand Final
Almost five hundred poker players gathered at the Star City Casino in Sydney, Australia to compete in the 2008 PokerStars Asian Pacific Poker Tour Grand Final. The buy-in for the event was AUD $6,000 which created a prize pool of AUD $2,862,000 that the top forty eight finishers would be sharing. (09/12)

The US holiday of Thanksgiving is over and as people were recovering from loads of baked turkey and cranberry sauce on Sunday, the Bodog Poker $100,000 Guaranteed tournament was unfolding.
