Several poker pros have issued challenges this year either for themselves or other pros and online players. The latest poker pro to issue a poker challenge is Dusty “Leatherass” Schmidt. Dusty has issued an open challenge that consists of golf and heads up poker with a possible million dollars on the line.

The challenge would take place over several days with the first day consisting of thirty six holes of golf. The day would consist of four nine hole matches with a wager of fifty thousand each match. Day two would consist of the same. So already we are up to $400,000 potentially for the winner.

Day three would be five matches of heads up poker with a wager of $50,000 each and day four would be the same. This could potentially win a person $500,000 if all matches were won. The matches would be 500BB starting stacks with fixed blinds.

It will be interesting to see who, if anyone accepts this challenge. The poker part would be easy to find someone interested but the golf is another story.
