UltimateBet has announced that their television show, The Best Damn Poker Show, will begin its second season this Monday January 12th at 9pm. The show will air every Monday night on FSN for a season. The series will run seven episodes which will be repeated in the late night hours.

This season the show is trying to decide which poker pro can teach the game of Texas hold’em better than the other. The two up for the challenge is Annie Duke and Phil Hellmuth. Every episode will have player eliminations until the players reach the finale.

Both Duke and Hellmuth will be highlighting moves, talking about the competition and discussing eliminations. Viewers can also go online and see extended footage not found on the television broadcast.

Players can also go online and play in qualifiers that will give spots on the show. Last year’s winner, Tracy Scala, was signed to the Stars Players Team so it could be that this season’s winner may also be signed as well.
