Harrah's who owns the World Series of Poker have signed a letter of intent with Switzerland based luxury watchmaker CORUM to become the "official WSOP timepiece" for a period of six years.

As a part of the deal CORUM will make watches which are inspired by the WSOP brand as well as unique timepieces to be given to the nine annual finalists of the main event.

"The world's most prestigious poker tournament fits perfectly with a luxury brand like CORUM" said World Series of Poker commissioner Jeffrey Pollack.
