ESPN extends WSOP telecast agreement to 2010
ESPN has extended their telecast agreement of the World Series of Poker with Harrah's Entertainment until 2010.They also announced that for the first time ever ESPN will be offering a live pay-per-view broadcast of the final table of this year's WSOP $10,000 main event.
ESPN has previously broadcast the World Series of Poker eight times since 1993 and according to WSOP commissioner Jeffrey Pollack "[ESPN's] programming expertise and global distribution has helped our tournament become the biggest and the best."
