Full Tilt Takes Over As Sponsor for International Poker Open
In the past, BoyleSports was the main sponsor of the International Poker Open Tour but now the sponsorship has changed hands. Full Tilt will now be the headline sponsor for the poker tour, beginning with the first event set for May near Dublin.

Full Tilt is celebrating their new sponsorship by offering players the opportunity to compete for main events of the tour online. Players can take part in qualifiers for as little as $0.25 to earn a seat to the prestigious events.

As one of the most popular tour events in Europe, the IPO Tour will have its very first event of the new season take place beginning on May 22nd. The Star Casino will be hosting the series stop with a main event having a buy-in of only $250.

Dominic Mansour is the Full Tilt Managing Director who stated that the tour has affordable buy-ins and with satellites offered for the big prize pool events, players of all levels will be able to take part in the great live poker tournaments. In last year’s main event in Dublin, over 1,600 players competed, with many earning a seat online.

Now that the new sponsorship has been set, the IPO Tour will feature several stops on the new schedule. First heading to Bray, the series will then move on to Cork, London, Newcastle, Killarney and then Limerick. The final event of the series will take place in Dublin with a bigger than ever final tournament.

Players can choose to buy-in on-site before the event or choose to buy-in through the Full Tilt website for $250 for the main event. The IPO Tour is confident that working with Full Tilt will allow the tour to move even further into popularity as players turn out the compete in the various tour stops.
