Merge Gaming Network announces bad beat jackpot hit
The Merge Gaming Network is a large poker network that connects many online poker rooms. The network offers players a Bad Beat Jackpot which is connected to all the online poker rooms so the jackpot available can get very large. The Merge Gaming Network recently announced that the jackpot was won this past weekend for $1 million!

This past Sunday online poker player known as Eulson was playing at the bad beat jackpot tables when he was beaten by four Queens while he held quad sevens. This hand qualified for the jackpot and it was activated which gave Eulson a prize of just over $355,000!

The hand took place on the $0.5/$1 Fixed Limit poker tables and it was 123maryc who held the Quad Queens. 123maryc won $177,546 by winning the hand and defeating Eulson to activate the bad beat jackpot.

During the hand, seven other players had been playing at the table so they earned a cash prize as well. These players were able to take home $25,363 just for sitting at the table in which the bad beat jackpot was hit.

With the Merge Gaming Network, seventy percent of the jackpot will go toward the players while the house will take a ten percent administration fee. The remaining twenty percent will go towards setting up the next Bad Beat jackpot.

The jackpot has now been reset and is currently sitting at just over $219,000. The jackpot now awaits the next big ‘loser’ who holds a quad hand of seven or higher and loses to a hand of better quads. The network also requires a minimum of four players being dealt into the hand.
