PokerTek has signed a deal with Hollywood Park Casino to become the first California based poker room to install their line of PokerPro tables.

The PokerPro table is a totally automated poker room system which removes the need of hiring dealers, thereby cutting labor costs while increasing the number of hands dealt per hour.

Initially Hollywood Park Casino, which is one of the three major card rooms in California, will install six tables on a 90 day trial basis.
