Richard Sinclair May Move Into Professional Poker Career
Richard Sinclair is a avid poker player from Scotland who recently lost his job. To make himself feel better he went to Las Vegas to try his luck. It turned out to be a good decision as Sinclair won a major jackpot which convinced him that he is ready now to compete on a professional poker level. Sinclair decided to try his skills in Vegas since he had been playing online for some time. He managed to take home £10,000 pot in a Vegas poker tournament. He was playing with Steve Davie from the European World Series Poker Team and he convinced Sinclair that he has what it takes to become a full-time poker pro.
Sinclair commented: “I went over more in hope than expectation but I knew with a wee bit of luck I could do something. The money is a timely boost at what could have been a tough time. It has given me a bit of breathing space and I have a bankroll now to give professional poker playing a shot.”
