When you hear the name SEGA you automatically think of gaming, as in Sonic the Hedgehog or other SEGA Genesis games. The SEGA Company has been working to create a SEGA branded online gaming sites. SEGA recently announced they have launched SEGACasino and SEGAPoker.

Casino and poker players can visit SEGACasino and SEGAPoker and play games for real money. Games like blackjack, roulette, poker and slots are available on the new SEGA sites. More gaming platforms are expected in the future, sometime this year is likely. The SEGAPoker room will have a live multiplayer poker room where players can play head to head with up to 30,000 players.

Players in the United States, Japan and other areas cannot play at the SEGA sites currently as online gambling is prohibited. A spokesperson for SEGA Games Ltd commented: “Sega has been a trusted brand and favorite among the gaming industry for over half a century. It is our goal to translate these attributes to offer a leading online casino and online poker room. We want to give our SEGACasino and SEGAPoker players every opportunity to participate in the entire Sega experience.”
