There are two things you can find in abundance online: Dating sites and online poker rooms. Online Poker Room, PKR, has decided the two should join forces. Starting in November, PKR will be working with the Lovestruck website to create online and face to face poker nights for singles looking for love.

A special poker party will take place for singles to kick off the partnership that will launch the singles poker nights. Members of PKR and Lovestruck can meet and mingle and learn how to play poker. The first meet will take place on November 6th at The Hoxton Pony, a new bar in London.

Players can register for the singles poker event for free at the Lovestruck website and learn to play poker on PKR. Then when players meet up at the live party they can learn from experienced dealers how to play or impress other players with their skills.

During the week the PKR website will have singles poker nights. These nightly events will be called Lovestruck Evenings and they will begin on the 17th at 8pm. It is free to enter the first tournament and three additional tournaments will take place after with low buy-ins. Players must be registered at both PKR and Lovestruck to participate.
