Two More Pros Sign up for Irish Open
Paddypowerpoker’s Irish Open is scheduled to begin on April 10th and run through the 13th. Several poker players have already confirmed their attendance and it was just recently announced that two more players have signed up to compete in the tournament.

Tony G and Jamie Gold have confirmed they will be competing in this year’s Irish Open. Already confirmed for the event are Phil Laak, Ciaran O’Leary and Neil Channing among many others. The poker pros will be competing in the €3200 + €300 No-Limit Holdem tournament.

Tony G is known for his charitable donations as well as his table talk and fearless game play. Tony G is a very recognizable poker player as well as Jamie Gold. Gold shot to poker stardom after winning the WSOP Main Event in 2006. Gold won $12 million for his efforts.

This year’s Irish Open is sure to be exciting with all the poker pros signed up to attend. There will also be a good number of online qualifiers as well as fresh faces so it will be interesting to see if the next big win comes from an unknown player in the competition.
