UltimateBet Faces Security Breach
There has been a security breach discovered at a popular online casino based out of Kahnawake and the casino victim is UltimateBet. They are owned by a company that is controlled by former Kahnawake Grand Chief Joe Norton and they have acknowledged that unnamed insiders had altered thier poker software to allow them to see their opponent's hole cards.
Norton says those responsible had worked for the previous owner of UltimateBet and any customer that incurred losses as a result of the unfair pay will be immediately refunded. At this time the company hasn't disclosed the amount of the fraudulent winnings but observers say that it will run into millions of dollars.
