UltimateBet recently announced the addition of a new player to their poker team. Twenty eight year old Brandon Cantu is now the newest member of Team UB. Brandon is from the United States and is nicknamed The Bounty Hunter for his playing style.

Brandon first arrived on the poker scene in a big way when he went to the WSOP in 2006. He competed in the $1,500 no limit hold’em event and won. Later that year he won the Ultimate Poker Challenge. Since that time Brandon has earned fourteen top ten finishes at top online poker tournaments and land events.

But his biggest win came this past March when he won $1 million after winning the World Poker Tour’s Shooting Star Championship Event Two. Since signing with UltimateBet, Brandon is competing at the WSOP while representing the online poker room.
