Details of the 2010 World Series of Poker schedule have been released and it could not be soon enough for die hard poker players. The highly anticipated poker series is set to begin on May 27th and continue until July 17th.

A total of fifty seven bracelets will available for winning and the first bracelet will be awarded during the $50,000 Players Championship. This event is an eight game mixed tournament. The winner of this event will earn the Chip Reese Trophy.

On June 30th a new event to the tournament series will be taking place. The $25,000 six handed no limit hold’em tournament will be available for players to enter. Players will be competing in the Amazon Room as well as the Pavilion Ballroom, which will also host several of the events.
