WSOP Circuit Indiana
Lots of players are gearing up and are on hand to pony up $10,000 for the event at Caesar’s Indiana World Series of Poker Circuit. This is in time of a busy schedule for major poker events around the world. A total of 144 players have entered the games on day 1. This included Internet stars and other pros. Seen on day 1 were WSOP 2007 big player of this recent year Tom Schneider and also Ari Engel and Doug Carli, the 2006 WSOP-C champion in Indiana Chad Batista. Also their, was the 2007 WSOP bracelet winner Bill Edler. He joined the games in Indiana after the WPT Fallsview games and caught a plane and flew stateside. First place prize for the 144 players is $223,041.60 and a $10,000 entry for the World Series Poker Main Event.

This event held at the Indiana Circuit has also drawn attention to star powers from outside the circles of typical poker events. The coach of Louisville Cardinals Denny Crum also joined the event in Indiana. For 30 years the this coach has been the coach for the University of Louisville basketball team and took them to two national championships and six Final Fours. Crum has been playing very well.
